青年會專業書院開辦的精品咖啡及咖啡店管理高級文憑課程，是修讀2年的全日制高級文憑學位課程，學習範疇含括商業及管理酒店、旅遊及款待服務，此課程屬於院校提供的非政府資助課程，學費約待定，學生畢業後可以獲頒資歷架構級別4的精品咖啡及咖啡店管理高級文憑資格。

- Normal entry requirement:
[1] Level 2 or above in five HKDSE subjects including English Language and Chinese Language
[2] HKCEE 5 passes with specific subjects (not less than 5 points) - English (Syl. B) + Chinese and HKAL/AS with specific results /subjects - 1AL or 2ASs
[3] Equivalent qualifications - Obtain relevant QF Level 3 qualifications with at least 1-year full-time study load; or completion of pre-Associate Degree or equivalent qualifications
[4] Diploma / Higher Certificate in relevant field / subject
[5] Graduate of Diploma of Applied Education/ Diploma Yi Jin/ Yi Jin Diploma
[6] Mature Applicants - Aged 21 or above with working experience
